Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Brio Atlas’s website, iOS application, fitness programming, tracking, and coaching tools.

Fitness service

Brio Atlas provides educational fitness guidance and organizational tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency services, physical therapy, or a guarantee of results. Stop exercising and seek appropriate care if you experience concerning pain or symptoms.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person’s data, or use Brio Atlas for unlawful purposes.

Coach-managed accounts

A coach may assign or modify programming and review data shared through a connected coaching relationship. Coaches remain responsible for their professional services and decisions. Brio Atlas’s automation does not replace a coach’s independent judgment.

Subscriptions

Paid features, prices, trial terms, renewal timing, and cancellation options are presented before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are billed and managed by Apple under the App Store’s terms. Other eligible purchases may be processed by Brio Atlas’s payment provider. Canceling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund a completed billing period except where required by law or the applicable store policy.

Content and availability

You retain ownership of information you submit and grant Brio Atlas permission to process it solely to operate and improve the service. Brio Atlas may change or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that create risk or violate these terms.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brio Atlas is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or particular fitness outcomes. Brio Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
